MailYou is a mail application that lets you create mail component templates and then compose messages. Let the application extract e-mail address records from Contacts. Create e-mail address groups so that you can send the same message to multiple recipients at a time. Create message templates so that you can just select one from a list instead of writing a long message that you might have to later repeat. Insert tags to a message template so that MailYou can replace them with real values (first name, last name, full name, recipients address) for the selected individual e-mail recipient address. Let MailYou access the Photos shared library so that you can pick a picture as an attachment. Set a scale rate so that the selected photo will fit the mail window.

1. Use Contacts data to create address records with a tap on a button or create individual address records manually.
2. Create message templates. Insert tags to the message so that MailYou can automatically replace them with real values including recipient’s first name, last name, full name, e-mail address and ‘My e-mail address’ (user’s e-mail address).
3. Access the Photos library to use a picture as a mail attachment. Let the application JPEG-compress an attachment picture.

// Limitations //

1. The user can use pictures only from the Photos library as attachments. The user can only attach one picture to each message.
2. In order to actually send out messages, the user must have and use their own e-mail account.
3. MailYou only supports JPEG as a graphic format to compress the selected attachment picture.
4. MailYou cannot access the Photos library to get the true name of the selected attachment picture. (The user can set their default common attachment name in the Settings screen.)
5. If the selected address record from Contacts is an array (a list of multiple values), MailYou will pick either a home address or a work address. The choice is yours.
6. The application supports only the portrait (vertical) orientation.
